The Pallettreyd company optimzirut traffic by the GPS complex

"SITRONICS Information Technologies" together with JSC Mobile TeleSystems started project implementation in JSC Pallettreyd on rendering complex service of monitoring and management of moving objects of "NICKNAME".

Solution

For the purpose of expense optimization on service maintenance of corporate cars and reducing costs for depreciation in JSC Pallettreyd company the decision on use of the navigation information service of "NICKNAME" developed within cooperation of MTS and "SITRONICS Information Technologies" was made.

Implementation

During the project the complex of works on equipment of the tested group of vehicles of JSC Pallettreyd company by the satellite equipment, to connection of a navigation information service of "NICKNAME", training of technicians and dispatching service is executed.

The exchange GPS/GSM navigation service stations transferring data to the NICKNAME server on transport routes, a status of cars, extents of a way and fuel consumption for the reporting period are installed on cars of the company.

The first result

According to JSC Pallettreyd, as a result of trial operation of a monitoring system, economy of charges of vehicle fleet made about 40%. The possibility of data analysis about use of corporate transport promoted reduction of non-productive run, cases of plunder of the fuels and lubricants (FL), uses of cars for personal reasons were almost excluded. It was as a result decided to expand use of NICKNAME service on all cars of corporate vehicle fleet of JSC Pallettreyd company.
