The Digia company carried out improvement of a system of the business analysis to networks of tea shops "Untion" using the solution Digia Retail Analytics. Access to a system is provided according to SaaS model.
Solution
"Ounce" selected industry solution of a business intelligence of Digia Retail Analytics for the enterprises wholesale and retail. During the project specialists of Digia made integration of the existing information systems of the customer, created the uniform data warehouse and configured all necessary reporting. Feature of this project was the model of access to a system – Digia Retail Analytics is available to Ounce according to SaaS model (software as a service), through a so-called "private cloud" (private cloud).
Result
Process of integration of the existing infrastructure with cloud computing took less than three weeks. Thanks to the solution Digia Retail Analytics the company could increase efficiency of the shops, increase profit, increase the accuracy of planning and the reporting. The staff of Ounce actively uses all system modules: analysis of the range and goods turnover, financial analysis, analysis of purchases and warehouse, analysis of daily transactions, efficiency analysis of a marketing activity.
In particular, a system is used for increase in cross-sellings. The structure of retail chain stores includes several "shops cafes" where clients can try different sorts of tea, and then if desired purchase them. Analytical tools help the staff of the company to see better interrelations on sales of cafe and shop, to offer optimal goods items for the menu, to increase sales both in retail departments, and in cafe.
