Gendalf implemented "Scan Archive" in Petrocommerce company

On April 11, 2018 the Gendalf company announced implementation of electronic archive in 1C with the Scan Archive program in Petrocommerce company.

Now about "Scan Archive" paper documents are transferred to the scan copy at once when receiving and stored in electronic form directly in 1C. 2 operators enter to "Scan Archive" documents – scan them and load, and more than 30 accountant officers have access to them - browse scans, find documents, output reports. During check the necessary document packages are unloaded from base via the Export button by the set parameters (the name, a type, date or other) and transferred to tax.

With the help "Scan Archive" is kept also work with partners whom at the enterprise more than 2000 and a part of which is located behind the territory of Russia. In base it is traced what documents returned from partners and what are not present, the returned documents are marked in color.

By request of Petrocommerce company the Gendalf developer made changes to basic functionality of the program, having expanded it. The basic version "Scan Archive" did not contain references for instant transition between document types, references were added. Then became possible to look at shipments from implementation, agreements - from accounts of buyers. In the reference book "Agreements of Partners" references to the available signed agreements with these partners were added.
