On January 12, 2017 the Digital Design company announced project completion on system implementation of electronic document management of Docsvision in Construction Trading House Petrovich LLC.

During the project process of approval of agreements was automated, at the same time everyone is approved along the certain route. The carried-out works allowed to make process more convenient and fast. Within the project specialists of the company "Digital Design" implemented the most dense integration of the implemented product, including reference books "Employees" and "Partners", with the systems which are already installed at the customer "1C: Payroll and HR Management" and "1C: Enterprise Accounting".
Verification process of primary documentation was automated that provided interaction of parent organization and shops within exchange of these documents and their approvals. Automation of sending requests to specialists of IT service, legal department, marketing departments and merchandising and also service of operation is provided.
EDMS allowed to organize the most important processes of document flow of the company in a common information space.

October 23, 2015. The Digital Design company started project implementation of system implementation of electronic document management of Docsvision 5.3 for Construction trading house "Petrovich".

Within the project three processes will be automated: approval of agreements, Service Desk and also scanning and verification of primary documentation. Besides, integration of EDMS with a 1C system operating at the customer will be performed. At the first stage 600 users from all territorial subdivisions of the company will be connected to work in EDMS, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.
EDMS will provide interaction of parent organization and shops within problems of exchange of primary documentation and approvals of documents. The service Service Desk is intended for automation of requests to specialists of department of marketing, IT service and on carrying out different operational construction works.

But we are not satisfied with what has already been achieved therefore the company made the decision to expand automation volume".
Considering the size of retail chain stores, the special value in the project is occupied by automation of process of approval of agreements. The implemented solution will allow not only to keep ordered account of agreements and to quickly control all stages of approval, but also it is essential to increase coordination of actions of the employees involved in contract activities.
