Pharmimeks transferred to the third-party contractor service of a corporate system of SAP

On September 23, 2013 it became known of transfer of support and system maintenance of SAP of JSC Pharmimeks company to the contractor - IBS group.

Project Tasks

JSC Pharmimeks since 1996 uses the SAP solution. In 2011 a system was updated to the version of SAP ERP 6.0. For a year of operation in "Pharmimeks" the need to optimize processes of support and development of a system as infrastructure of SAP required permanent a privlecheiya of considerable resources in implementation of new completions, complex user support and service maintenance of a system was created. The decision - to involve the contractor having sufficient experience in service of end-to-end information systems on the basis of SAP ERP is made (from the hardware and basis to functional solutions and business consulting). The IBS company acted as the contractor.

Project Progress

In January, 2013 all processes of support and development of a system of SAP are transferred to the Service center of business applications of IBS. Acceptance of a system was carried out within one day.

The agreement on the service level provided by the contract (Service Level Agreement, SLA) guarantees exact terms of the solution of the arising questions, allowing business to use a system with maximum efficiency and to focus on issues of development of the company.

Veniamin Becker, the director of information technology of JSC Pharmimeks, noted: "Infrastructure of SAP provides many years functioning of the main business processes of the company and therefore the question of support of a system remains for us a crucial task. Thanks to transition to outsourcing we got access to extensive examination and advanced technologies of support of SAP solutions which, on the one hand, allow us to be sure of smooth operation of systems and safety of data, and with another, help to satisfy the arising business needs in a short time".
