On July 17, 2015 ELAR corporation announced implementation in IT infrastructure of PhosAgro of electronic storage on the basis of the ESM-platform of ELAR SAPERION 7.5
Project Progress
The system of electronic archive - a software platform for placement, storage and transfer of the digitized documents. Its implementation began in the second half of 2014 and in 45 days processing of primary accounting documentation is transferred to OTsO.
Production of PhosAgro, 2014
Until the end of 2014 integration of electronic archive with the corporate accounting systems - 1C and OeBS is complete by means of what specialists of PhosAgro had an opportunity to make transactions in the usual program interface, taking the scan images from electronic storage.
The accounting department processes about 40 thousand documents a month and employees do not adjoin to paper originals any more.

At the beginning of 2016 in PhosAgro integration of electronic archive at the platform of ELAR SAPERION with the system of legally significant document flow (e-document flow) LegalDoc based on Oracle e-Business Suite is complete.
Project Results
Creation of uniform storage of primary accounting documentation accelerated work with documents in departments of agro-industrial holding. Preparation of the reporting, systematization, search and document handling at accomplishment of economic transactions are simplified. Main project deliverable: the electronic and scanned paper documents are consolidated in electronic archive now, it is not necessary to address paper or to work in two different systems.
Functions of regional accounting divisions of PhosAgro are unified and joint in the general service center (GSC). Primary accounting documentation comes to the OTsO front offices, is scanned, indexed and transferred to a back office where specialists perform accounting operations on the basis of received the scan images. Paper arrays remain in the front offices located in four production branches "PhosAgro" - Cherepovets, Kirovsk, Balakovo and Volkhov. The centralized back office of the company is in Cherepovets.
According to the results of the first four months of trial operation the electronic storage "PhosAgro" based on the ESM-platform of ELAR SAPERION 7.5 contains about 210 thousand documents and any of them it is possible to find according to attributive information in the electronic registration cards attached to corresponding the scan images. Thanks to system implementation of electronic archive are provided documentary and information support of work of accounting department of PhosAgro, processing of accounting documents is unified and optimized. The uniform electronic storage "PhosAgro" already contains more than 210 thousand documents.
