The digital transformation plan developed by Atos and Pierre Fabre is based on three key aspects:

To do this, the department will implement solutions for automation and the use of artificial intelligence to speed up the resolution of incidents. In addition, the Atos Technology Framework - a set of standardized tools - will help manage the infrastructure and launch applications.
