On October 26, 2017 the Gendalf company announced implementation of Scan Archive technology in structure of the distributor of drinks "Pivzavoz Group".
Project Tasks
The customer company interacts with a large number of partners: 15 manufacturing plants of beer, hundreds of buyers, partners and franchisee. It causes document flow volume - 300-350 thousand documents a year. Accounting Pivzavoz Group processes up to 1500 papers a day and the accounting service made a request for automation of input of documents and quick access to copies in electronic form.
Solving an assigned task specialists of IT service "Pivzavoza" selected the Scan Archive program.
Project Progress
The IT service "Pivzavoz Group" independently implemented the program:
- it is set software and the stream scanner for document handling,
- processing of printed forms is configured
- the program about "1C: Trade Management 8" is synchronized
- documents from paper archive are added to the program.
Project Results
Use "Scan Archive" reduced search time of documents. Employees Pivzavoz Group uses function of control of return of documents: "Scan Archive" helps to check existence of the document from the partner.
