Description
For creation of an integrated automated control system by the enterprise the decision to pass to the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program was made. Before the project together with the Customer the complex of necessary primary works on the contract (the agreement of intent, development of the Project charter, agreement signature) was carried out. Before start of project works tasks and requirements to system implementation at our enterprise helped us to define the carried-out express inspection more accurately.
The performed works: 1. Installation and setup of the software product 2. Creation of control examples on data of the customer 3. Rendering consulting services 4. Elementary education of users and project team of the customer 5. Coding 6. Input of initial data, data transfer from the replaced systems 7. User training before commissioning 8. Input in trial operation 9. Operational testing 10. Transfer to commercial operation 11. Primary maintenance (support of the user)
As a result of joint work the following subsystems were implemented:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Cash management
- Warehouse
- Production management without diagram of production
- Products cost accounting
Also implementation of the following subsystems is planned: IFRS, budgeting and to integrate a configuration with the solution "1C: Document Flow 8".
Now subscriber maintenance of our system, consulting user support and also service within the it is information-technology maintenance (IIITM) is performed.
