The document management system and tasks of TEZIS automated document flow of Plant of Finishing Materials Is NEW LLC which is based to Barnaul.

Plant of Finishing Materials Is NEW LLC specializes in production of water and dispersive paints and varnishes (latex, acrylic and silicone paints for outside and internal works, decorative plasters, paints, enamels for metal and wooden surfaces, putties, soil, glues). An assortment number of products makes more than 60 names in three price segments. Products of the plant managed to win 8% of the Siberian market of water and dispersive materials and 82% of the market of Altai Krai.

The customer first of all looked for the solution on workflow automation allowing to perform audit of actions of users over documents in the course of their approval and a statement. This functionality is implemented in EDMS THESIS at the level of the platform.

After comparison of several competing solutions the company selected EDMS THESIS in Standard edition. At the beginning September, 2015 specialists Haulmont installed a system on the Customer's servers. Data specialists of customer company conducted filling of a system independently and since October, 2015 a system turned into commercial operation.
