2012: Implementation and Subsequent Maintenance of 1C Software Solution: Integrated Automation 8

In April 2012, Tochka Otryva, a distributor of hockey uniforms, completed the project for the implementation of the 1C: Integrated Automation system. The software solution covered the processes of operational accounting, sales, warehouse logistics, supplier relationships and personnel accounting.

In 2011, the company turned to one of the leading integrators 1C- systems WiseAdvice-IT (until 2010 - Intelis) to automate the main business processes trade enterprises. The Breakaway Point has already used a popular solution 1C: PROF Accounting to cover the requirements of regulated accounting. But in connection with business development, this began to be missed.

WiseAdvice-IT specialists, within the framework of the automation project, upgraded the existing 1C system and implemented a new 1S:KA solution with a subsequent integration financial loop. During the project, the following blocks were covered:

• 1. Accounting: Bank and cash desk, Settlements with counterparties, Inventory, Trading operations, Production operations, Fixed assets, Intangible assets, Payroll and personnel accounting, Period completion, Regulated reporting.
• 2. Tax accounting.
• 3. Sales, service, marketing: Ordering buyers, Pricing, price lists, Retail.
• 4. Warehouse and Logistics: Inventory Management, Order Warehouse Management, Inventory Reservation, Picking and Picking of Inventory.
• 5. HR and HR Accounting (HRM): Payroll, HR Accounting, HR Analysis, Time and Attendance, Regulatory Reporting.
• 6. Procurement and Supplier Relationship Management: Order Vendors, Goods Receipt Accounting, Supplier Relationship Management, Accounts Receivable and Payable.

At the end of the project, Partner 1C provided advice on methodological and technical issues of working with the new system.
