Polisang increases effective management of personnel using "1C: Payroll and HR Management"

On December 26, 2018 the CORUS Consulting company announced project completion on transfer of pharmaceutical company "Polisang" on edition 3.1 of the solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management".

Polisang uses 1C: Payroll and HR Management long ago, however in process of growth of business and emergence of the new directions of the company of the existing functionality of a system it appeared insufficiently. For increase in efficiency of solving of tasks, the employees connected with payroll, relevant edition of a 1C system was required: ZUP which has broader functionality and considers requirements of the legislation.

Existence of own IT department allowed Polisang to upgrade independently to the current version systems, attracting external specialists on a stage of setting of business processes and the analysis of settings of a system. For project implementation the command of Corus Consulting was chosen.

Specialists of integrator conducted an interview with key staff of personnel department of the company and also during inspection established and analyzed the reasons of errors in a system – special attention was paid to calculation to the PIT and a time recording.

Drawing up recommendations about change of settings of a system which will help to reduce quantity of errors in calculations and the prepared reporting and also to lower labor costs on document registration in a system became the next stage of the project.

"From speed and correctness of system operation by calculation of charges and reporting for us as large pharmaceutical producer with a large number of employees, a lot of things depend. With transition to the current version of a system, usual for us, we considerably reduced time expenditure by accomplishment of the main functional objectives. Further in plans – reengineering of processes of personnel document flow for the purpose of increase in transparency of accounting of the movement of the personnel and efficiency of introduction of the employees given about a worked time".
