On October 10, 2016 the Atlas Soft company announced implementation of electronic archive Etla in JSC Polikon.
Tasks and project objectives
The independent organization of competent storage and quick access to all documents of the company was the main objective of system implementation of electronic archive set as company management. The main requirements to a system were: functionality of a system and its reliability and also a possibility of fast and easy setup of a system under internal tasks by forces of the specialists. The solution of a problem of independent system implementation became possible due to existence in the system of a broad spectrum of the additional built-in subsystems of setup of a system, such as:
- Editor of cards of documents. Gives an opportunity to configure cards for any document types. The module allows to create completely necessary cards under requirements of the customer.
- Subsystem of automatic numbering of documents. Allows to configure rules of automatic assignment of number to the document at its registration in a system depending on its type.
- Subsystem of automatic naming of documents. Allows at registration of the document in a system automatically, depending on document attributes, to create its name. This mechanism significantly simplifies process of input of new documents in a system.
- Subsystem of automatic placement of documents. Placement of the documents registered in a system, depending on their attributes allows to automate completely process.
- The management subsystem users using which the system administrator gets accounts of users of user groups and sets access rights to archive sectors for them.
Project Results
As a result of the carried-out work the Polikon company built a common information space which allowed the staff of different departments, from any workplace, to get an information access which belongs to accomplishment of its job responsibilities and also allowed company management to increase reliability and efficiency of activity of the company due to receiving quick access to any documents of the company.
