Ponsse automates accounting

On August 12, 2014 the company Soft-Market company announced automation of the Russian branch of Ponsse company (Finland). A technology basis of automation - the software solution "1C: Integrated Automation 8".

Project Tasks

For carrying out audit and optimization of the accounting system, the management of Ponsseobratilos in Soft-Market company. Audit of the accounting system showed need of changes and completion of the used configuration.

As a basis of automation selected the software package "1C: Integrated Automation". The specifics of business processes of the customer demanded creation of additional superstructures to the software.

Project Results

Result of the first stage of the project:

• the finished automation of 20 jobs.

Changes are made to a subsystem of conducting accounting:

• the uniform base for financial transactions is created;
• additional instruments of report generation are implemented;
• automation of maintaining VAT.

Tatyana Trishevskaya, the chief accountant of Ponsse company, noted: "Our accounting system began to work even quicker that directly affected employees productivity. Now the procedure of formation of the regulated reporting takes several minutes".
