The Prague restaurant automated accounting using the software product "1C: A public catering 8" with the assistance of specialists of the Samara branch "1C-Rarus", the company integrator reported on March 19, 2013.
Start
For automation of accounting of the company a reliable system was required. According to the recommendation of 1C-Rarus company, the customer selected the software product "1C: Public catering 8".
Implementation
During the project are automated:
- Maintaining the list of interchangeable products and its automatic use at write-off in production and formation of calculation cards;
- Conducting quantitative or quantitative and amount-based accounting of inventory stocks by warehouses;
- Standard warehouse transactions: receipts (including, with separate accounting of cutting of the arrived goods), movements, inventories and write-offs of inventory stocks;
- Preparation of semi-finished products and dishes and also quantity and the amounts of the ingredients which are written off in production, according to the compoundings got earlier. Assessment of shortage of ingredients, the existence of necessary semi-finished products required amount of ingredients;
- Wholesale shipments and retail sales;
- Accounting of seasonal coefficients of an overexpenditure, accounting of spices.
Result
With implementation of the software product "1C: A public catering 8" at the enterprise the accuracy of calculations increased and the efficiency of record keeping increased.
