In Zelenograd Administrative District of Moscow the end-to-end system of automation of budget process based on software "PARUS-the Budget 8" is implemented. In a common information space the prefecture, justices of areas, organizations, in particular, of housing sector and improvements, leisure and sports work with the population work (all — 82 jobs).

Within the complete solution are automated planning of expenses, including formation of justifications of budgetary appropriations, management of state orders, budget implementation, including formation of the summary budget reporting online.

The leaders of the district use wide analytical systems capabilities, receiving information on all processes of activity of department both consolidated, and detailed in real time. On any accounting phase reliable actual indicators of activity on the basis of primary credentials are available.

Automated management of finance, personnel, accounting of property and materials. The uniform methodology and account policy provide integrity and consistency of accounting, comparability of data in different modules of an end-to-end system and a possibility of single input of the same data in one of modules with the subsequent their use in other sections of a system (for example, accounting data — in the module "Planning and Financing"). Integration of the unified information system with external state and municipal IT resources is performed. The efficiency of interaction of participants of budget process increased: the volume of paper document flow decreased, the transparency of all processes is reached, amplified responsibility of organizations before each other and mutual control.
