As it became known in August 2022, robots were installed at the Central Clinical Hospital for Presidential Affairs to register patients. It's about using devices.

They recognize the passport data and transfer it to the fields of the information system of the medical institution in just 4 seconds. It takes an administrator from 3 to 5 minutes to enter a new patient into the medical information system (MIS). Half of this time is spent manually entering passport data into the MIS fields. The company received such data Promobot after interviews with chief doctors and senior administrators of 25 large private clinics.

The scanner is installed at the workplace in the registry. To enter passport data, SNILS or VHI policy into the information system, you need to put the document on the scanner and click on the "Scan" button in the MIS interface. The device scans the document, recognizes the data and distributes it to the appropriate MIS fields.

There are already solutions on the market for automating the registry. Basically, these are software products, for their work you need to buy additional devices, - says Oleg Kivokurtsev, Development Director of Promobot. - Such solutions reduce the number of errors in data entry, but almost do not reduce the time of patient registration. The directors of medical clinics and laboratories told us that errors in input are not a serious problem, the administrators themselves cope with it. The main need is to reduce the patient's check-in time to a few seconds to reduce queues. With our scanner, it takes only 4 seconds to enter the data of one patient.

By August 2022, Promobot Scanner works with the information systems 1C-Medicine, Infoklinika, Medods and MedIdea. The developers are preparing integration with other popular MIS.
