Promobot Scanner scans documents, recognizes details, transfers them to various information systems to automatically fill in the necessary fields. When a document is applied to the scanning surface of the device, its image in video stream mode is transferred to the recognition module for processing. AI algorithms ensure data extraction from the document and perform inter-frame integration of recognized details in real time. The process stops automatically, without human involvement, when the system is sure of the result. The time from the start of document recognition to the entry of data into the information system, taking into account the time for their transfer, is about 5 seconds. A "clean" document recognition time takes less than a second per frame.

The developers plan to release about 3,000 scanners on the market in 2021 - they will be used in offices, medical clinics, banks, MFCs and other areas where filling out documents is required. As of February 2021, more than 200 scanners have already been ordered. According to companies, the total investment in the R&D project will be about 80 million rubles.
