Primsotsbank (Microsoft Lync Server 2010)

On March 13, 2014 the Comparex company announced implementation in an IT landscape of social commercial bank of Primorye Primsotsbank of a system of the joint communications Lync Server 2010.

Project Tasks

The system of conference communication did not satisfy to requests of financial organization. There was a need of implementation of a multifunction system of the joint communications as a part of which - all modern methods of interaction: instant messaging and files, telephone calls and also audio-and video conferences.

Project Progress

For the solution of a problem of providing the customer with a system of communications, specialists of the contractor carried out implementation of the platform of a corporate class of Microsoft Lync. Implementation of Microsoft Lync Server 2010 provided cutting of costs for service of processes of interaction and information exchange between branches. There was a possibility of communication online, the organizations of meetings, audio-and video conferences (including – with participation of external users), control of a presence status in a workplace.

The project is implemented within a complex implementation project of service Microsoft Enterprise Agreement

Project Results

Providing continuous access to the customer's top managers to corporate systems of Exchange, SharePoint and Lync, irrespective of location of the user, specialists of Comparex deployed a cloud service of Microsoft Office 365.
