ELECTRONIC ARCHIVE ETLA IN KAZAKHSTAN

Atlas Soft company jointly with specialists of Prirechnoye LA LLP brought the electronic archive of documents created on the platform of ETLA archive into commercial operation.

Prirechnoye LA LLP is the high-growth company which is engaged in production and distribution of agricultural products and oil-bearing crops in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Tasks

Because of a large number of consumers of products, the company faced a problem of the organization of storage and quick access to financial and reporting and contractual documentation. Also sharply there was a question of access isolation of departments of the company to different information streams, not only observing confidentiality, but also providing online access to required sections of data storage with a possibility of issue as electronic reference according to each separate document or the document list, and the original of the document.

Project Progress

The system of electronic archive ETLA attracted with such qualities as flexibility and usability, setup and adaptation of a system, lack of restrictions for types of the stored documents and a possibility of the organization of card files with any object types. Existence in the systems of mechanisms of accounting of storage and issue of originals of documents was also very important factor.

The first stage

In the course of system implementation of electronic archive ETLA at the first stage user groups were created and access rights to documents are appointed, the structure of archive was created. The customer configured rules of the automatic name, placement and numbering of documents, backup procedure of the database and base of documents was configured.

The second stage

At the second stage work on scanning and starting documents in a system using the text recognition module was performed that allowed to accelerate process of filling of archive many times.

Project Results

Today it is possible to note that Etla system implementation considerably simplified data access of the company. Now employees and company management always have an opportunity to obtain necessary data, being as in a workplace, and at home or in a business trip worldwide.
