Moscow region buys stents and catheters worth 1.21 billion rubles

On November 17, 2023, the Committee on Competitive Policy of the Moscow Region announced a major tender for the supply of consumables for endovascular and vascular surgery. The initial contract price is approximately 1.21 billion rubles.

The tender documentation says that the purchase is carried out for the needs of healthcare institutions of the Moscow region in 2024-2025. The responsible customer is the Royal City Hospital. The list of recipients also includes Dolgoprudnenskaya Central City Hospital, Voskresenskaya Hospital, Dmitrovskaya Regional Hospital, Domodedovo Central City Hospital, Zhukovskaya City Clinical Hospital, Lyuberetskaya Regional Hospital, Sergiev Posad District Hospital, Stupinskaya Regional Clinical Hospital and Podolsk Regional Clinical Hospital.

As part of the tender, a wide range of medical devices is being purchased, including stents for coronary arteries, catheters coronary angioplasty cylinders, intravascular catheters, aspiration catheters for thrombectomy, catheter kits, pressure gages, angiographic syringes, conductors, etc.

The Supplier shall guarantee the quality of the goods supplied in accordance with the applicable standards. It is necessary to have a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on the compliance of the supplied goods with the standards imposed on this product on the territory of the Russian Federation. The Contractor shall be determined based on the results of the electronic auction. The purchase is carried out with the aim of providing medical care within the framework of the basic compulsory health insurance program. It is also noted that in order to ensure the uninterrupted operation of these medical institutions, the supplier at the stage of execution of the contract must have at least 30% of the total volume of purchased products in stock.^[1]

Moscow region purchased 16 X-ray scanners for 160 million rubles

Since the beginning of 2023, hospitals near Moscow have equipped 16 new X-ray machines of the C-arc type in the amount of 160 million rubles, said Svetlana Strigunkova, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Moscow Region. The press service of the regional Ministry of Health announced her words on September 11, 2023.

The new S-arc devices arrived at Lyuberetskaya, Vidnovskaya, Zhukovskaya, Domodedovo, Voskresenskaya, Mytishchi and other hospitals. Medical equipment was purchased on behalf of the regional governor Andrei Vorobyov, thanks to the national project "Healthcare."

Moscow region purchased 16 X-ray scanners for 160 million rubles

New mobile X-ray machines of the C-arc type, they are used during various operations and allow the doctor to receive X-rays from different angles directly during surgery.

Modern technical equipment is necessary to provide high-quality and affordable medical care to residents of the Moscow region, - said Svetlana Strigunkova.

As Andrei Vorobyov noted, commenting on the purchase of medical equipment, in the Moscow region there are fewer complaints about health care, and the quality of assistance provided to citizens is higher.

It is good to see that healthcare is rated higher by residents year after year. There are fewer complaints, as we notice, - said the head of the Moscow region.

Earlier, Svetlana Strigunkova said in the healthcare institutions of the region it is planned to update 5 thousand units of medical equipment, 122 of which are "heavy" devices. For these purposes, 12 billion rubles were allocated from the regional budget. Also, a linear accelerator for radiation therapy will appear in the Moscow Regional Oncological Dispensary, the cost of which, together with the preparation of the premises for the installation, is 194 million rubles. The first deputy chairman said that more than 86% of the purchased "heavy" equipment is Russian-made.^[2]

2022: Moscow region buys "heavy" medical equipment worth 1.69 billion rubles for the complex equipment of clinics

As it became known in early February 2022, the Moscow region buys heavy medical equipment worth 1.69 billion rubles to comprehensively equip clinics in the region.

The Committee on Competitive Policy of the Moscow Region announced a total of seven tenders for the purchase of magnetic resonance (MRI) and computer tomographs (CT), X-ray and mammography devices, angiographs and a radiation therapy system. Suppliers of this equipment will be identified in February 2022.

Moscow region buys "heavy" medical equipment for 1.69 billion rubles for the complex equipment of clinics

In particular, it is planned to purchase four MRI devices with the development of the project and the subsequent equipping of rooms for magnetic resonance imaging for 365.8 million rubles, preparation of ten X-ray diagnostic rooms with equipment for three workplaces for 237.1 million rubles, delivery of four and two computed tomographs with the preparation of premises for them for 289.9 million and 144.4 million rubles, respectively, and the supply of seven mammography devices with the equipment of offices for 108.8 million rubles.

In addition, tenders were announced for the supply of four angiographic systems for the Kolomna Central District Hospital, Zhukovskaya and Krasnogorsk City Hospitals, as well as the Lyubertsy Regional Hospital with an initial maximum contract price of 347.7 million rubles.

Another purchase involves the supply of a linear accelerator for the Moscow Regional Oncological Dispensary with the preparation of the canyon for 194.1 million rubles.

At the end of January 2022, the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov announced that about 100 units of heavy medical equipment would be purchased by the end of the year. He also noted that the main task in this area is to replace all analog medical equipment in the region with digital by 2025.^[3]
