About Customer and Project
LLC Project-A"" is a dealer of the company Armstrong (ceiling systems and), floor coverings as well as LG Hausys (floor coverings).
Armstrong became the first manufacturer to conquer the Russian market for suspended ceilings in Russia. Today, the word "Armstrong" refers to all ceiling systems of this type. The Armstrong-type suspended ceilings are a wide variety of ceiling slabs, from simple economy-class options to sophisticated ceiling systems that meet rigid standards.
The company "Project-A" employs about 20 people.
The main problem of the client when contacting 1C-Rarus was related to the quality of work of managers with the client base. Incoming appeals were often lost and it was not possible to find the person responsible. The loss of the current client base was due to the inability to track when they last communicated with the client, what issues were resolved, what goods were sold. Also, the specifics of the business required keeping records and relationships with customers not in the usual supplier-buyer format, but with details on various construction objects. Accordingly, different managers on both sides can work for the same company.
During the dialogue with the client, the 1C-Rarus manager proposed the 1C: Enterprise 8 software product as a solution to the current problems. Trade and Customer Relations Management (CRM).
As a result of the implementation, 1C-Rarus specialists installed and initially configured the PCB and trained users to work with the program.
After the implementation of the program, Project-A employees systematized the filling out of contact information for customers and their contact persons, segmented the client base, redistributed and assigned responsible managers to clients. In addition, telemarketing lists were created to call the existing client base and update it. For all current transactions, interests were created with a potential amount, which allows you to build a sales funnel and predict the company's profit. Management has received operational information on current transactions and their status and can quickly make decisions. 11 jobs were automated.

CRM " The implementation process demonstrated the capabilities of the software product and provided advice on various aspects of accounting. The program is convenient in that it allows you to keep management records and store, manage all information about clients in a single program, namely:
