Proks (Electronic archive ETLA)

Specialists of the PROKS manufacturing enterprise – the Russian producer of auto parts of the city of Ulyanovsk independently unrolled and configured electronic archive ETLA.

Project Task

The company daily signs a large number of agreements with the suppliers, partners and clients. In communication it made the decision on translation of all agreements in an electronic form, for optimization of work with them.

Project Progress

Specialists of PROKS studied the being available offers in the market of electronic archives from leading manufacturers in this area which are presented at the Russian market. As a result the choice fell on the system of electronic archive ETLA from Atlas Soft company as this system represents the solution which completely approaches under the set requirements:

The received result

In addition to automation of work with agreements the customer created secure storage location of the project documentation of the enterprise which provides quick and secure access to all knowledge base of the company. The customer independently could set and customize the system of everything in 3 days.

Thanks to the ETLA system PROKS company performed transition from work with paper documentation to work with modern electronic archive. System implementation allowed to organize a common information space between project and internal documentation for simultaneous implementation of input, processing and the analysis of paper and electronic documents and also to optimize work with large volume of the stored electronic resources.

Transition to electronic archive allowed company management to increase in general reliability and efficiency of activity of the company due to receiving quick access to any information of the company.
