Start the Integration Wizard service
On September 12, 2024, Effective Technologies announced the launch of the Integration Master service, which was an addition to the PharmPRO ecosystem.
From September 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024, pharmaceutical manufacturers could voluntarily provide instructions for the medical use of the drug product and an up-to-date image of the packaging to the Federal State Information System for Monitoring the Movement of Drugs (FSIS MDLP) in the experimental mode. The relevant information is contained in the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 14, 2018 No. 1556.
With the help of the Integration Wizard service, pharmaceutical companies are able to prepare and send the required data set for moderation to the FSIS MDLP. After moderation, the information will be included in the Honest Sign mobile application, with which consumers can check the packaging of drugs and dietary supplements for authenticity.
The service is fully integrated into the PharmPro ecosystem, which provides users with easy connection and interaction with other services. Thanks to this, employees of pharmaceutical companies can quickly receive up-to-date instructions for a drug from the Original-Maket system. Missile defense, as well as create an image of secondary cardboard packaging using the service 3D-GYeNYeRATOR from unfolds in automatic mode.
Pharmaceutical companies that work in the PharmPro ecosystem already use the Integration Wizard service to send data to the FSIS MDLP. The submitted product information has been confirmed by MDLP and is displayed in the Honest Mark appendix.
The Integration Wizard service is based on the low-code platform Eftech.Factory. The development of the service is an important stage in the development of technological solutions for the pharmaceutical industry and demonstrates the potential of the Eftech.Factory platform in creating complex integration solutions, noted in Effective Technologies.
Development of a service for online sale of cardboard and paper KolPack
On June 10, 2024, Effective Technologies announced the development of a service for the online sale of cardboard and paper KolPack.
As reported, KolPack is a single space with offers from cardboard and paper suppliers, which allows packaging manufacturers to see all current material offers according to the specified parameters on one screen, compare them, quickly create an order and receive confirmation, as well as learn about additional supplier services (delivery, unwinding, cutting).
Your personal account allows you to place orders and monitor their status in real time. The system sends notifications about each change in order status. There is also a chat to clarify details and exchange documents.
To get started with the KolPack service, the cardboard and paper supplier needs to register on the site and integrate with the account system or upload a sales offer file to the system to add their product catalog. The buyer just needs to register on the site.
Create a service that allows you to see all vendor offers on the same screen, compare received offers and learn about additional services. Automate routine processes such as finding vendor information, tabulating quotations. Optimize the productivity of qualified employees by reducing time spent searching for information and interacting with suppliers.
Functional design was carried out and all functionalities were configured:
- integration with a single personal account of the PharmPRO ecosystem platform;
- Manage the supplier's and buyer's personal account
- establishing relationships between counterparties, assigning personal conditions and discounts;
- creation of a single catalog of proposals;
- integration with the 1C module (for quick connection of vendor accounting systems);
- Shopping cart and order page
- chat for communication between the seller and the buyer on order;
- rating and rating system;
- Track order status and notification of all key events.
