Promservisbank implements EDMS

On December 9, 2013 it became known - OOO "Promservisbank", universal commercial bank of average scale, completed the first stage of automation of documentary focused processes at head office on the platform of the CASE system. The contractor of the project - Ofis-Dok company.

Project Tasks

The basis for implementation EDMS in "Promservisbank" - need to adjust exchange of electronic documents at the central office. The old scheme according to which documents were printed and were transferred in paper form did not meet, first of all, criteria of efficiency, was resource-intensive regarding expenses on printing. From link quality of document transfer it is selected EDMS "CASE".

Project Progress

The project started in October, 2013. The staff of the company "Office Dock" conducts examination of document flow and the software is installed on the server and jobs. The bank purchased several licenses of "thick client" EDMS "CASE", the option "Scanning", the license for a subsystem "Notification and the notification" and also competitive licenses "DELO-WEB". This subsystem is intended for access to the database through Internet/Intranet, and the competitive license fixes the number of the users having an opportunity at the same time to work in EDMS (i.e. several users can log into the system according to one license in turn).

Project Results

Result of this stage - full automation of document flow at head office. All users were trained individually, in workplaces. By means EDMS "CASE" it is recorded the entering, outgoing and organizational and administrative documents. Work with management instructions, including execution control is adjusted. The option "Notification and Notification" intended for automatic mailing to users by e-mail of notifications and notifications about different events of a system is actively used "CASE": about perfect transactions with RK, about approach of completion dates, etc.
