On August 27, 2021, the company Success Practice announced that PSB launched a digital military mortgage. The first online transaction in the primary housing market took place in test mode as part of an agreement concluded between PSB and FSKU Rosvoenipoteka. Using the digital service, a mortgage transaction was carried out to buy an apartment in the Scandinavia residential complex in New Moscow from the developer of the A101 Group of Companies.

As part of the first test transaction, all participants - the bank, the borrower, Rosvoenipoteka and the developer of A101 Group of Companies - signed documents online using an electronic signature. The exchange of documents between the parties was carried out remotely through secure communication channels. Documents on the same day were sent for registration with Rosreestr through a special digital service for registering SmartDeal transactions. The whole procedure - from issuing a loan agreement on a military mortgage to registering an equity agreement with Rosreestr and fully calculating the transaction - takes place in digital format and does not require the personal presence of the client.

The digital mortgage is relevant for military personnel, including those serving in remote regions of Russia, where access to the usual urban infrastructure is limited. You can choose an apartment, contact the developer, issue a military mortgage remotely, without interruption from service.
