Pronto-Moscow (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009)

In Pronto-Moscow media holding the project on transfer of a corporate information system of management to the new version of the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 system started. The project is executed by specialists of NORBIT company (file). An ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX was implemented in the company in 2006. The solution covers all basic financial and economic business processes: settlings with clients and suppliers, inventory management, cash and banking activities and also fixed asset accounting, payrolls and personnel records.

Besides, in the ERP system the specific features characteristic of media business are considered: operations on sale and accounting of an exit of advertizing and printing editions, including acceptance of advertisements, distribution of products, automatic calculation of remunerations to promotion agents. In a system more than 200 employees of the company work.

Transition to the new version of a system will allow the company to optimize the current business processes, to extend systems capabilities to the new directions and media products and also to implement more perfect instruments of automation and regulations of management.

Now the analysis of architecture of the current third version of an information system is made. Completion of development of functional design of the new version is planned for the beginning of 2010. Start of a system in commercial operation is planned in the second quarter 2010.
