Robots for delivering parcels from the concierge to the door appeared in elite residential complexes in Moscow

In February 2026, in the Moscow club house de-luxe class "Cosmo 4/22," the operation of service robots began, delivering parcels from the concierge to the door of apartments and cleaning. The project was implemented by Tack Zyfra, a member of the Hals-Development group, together with the Corvette management company.

According to CNews, Pudu Robotics robots are involved in the building, capable of fully autonomous movement. Unlike standard models limited by horizontal movement, these devices independently call the elevator and move between floors.

Contactless delivery is organized according to the following algorithm: the concierge accepts the order, notifies the tenant and transfers the parcel to the robotic complex. The device builds a route, calls an elevator, rises to the required floor and follows to the front door of the customer's apartment. In the case of cleaning robots, similar algorithms are used: on command, they arrive at public places, using elevator equipment to change locations.

The implementation of such solutions minimizes the presence of technical personnel in residential areas, which increases the level of privacy of residents and eliminates the factor of concern from unauthorized persons.

Andrei Chernukha, general director of Tack Zyfra, head of the Personnel and Organizational Development functional area at Hals-Development, explained that the goal of the initiative is to form a "seamless" digital experience for residents. According to him, technology should be built into everyday processes in such a way as to remain invisible. Chernukha added that the automation standard used in the Cosmo 4/22 house is a pilot.

The company plans to replicate this model to other objects of residential and commercial real estate of the developer.^[1]
