The Pulkovo airport passes to Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009

The West Concept company started in the summer of 2012 project implementation on transfer of JSC Pulkovo Airport on the new version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009.

Earlier in the company the implementation project of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 3.7 was already implemented. For the purpose of performance improvement of a system and also in connection with high complexity of implementation of support of so early version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, company management the decision on transition to the new version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 was made.

The management of JSC Pulkovo Airport is faced by a problem of implementation of the complete solution based on a single platform that will allow to increase company performance, to increase flexibility of the organization, to expand tools of the reporting and it is, at the same time, easy to adapt to new opportunities and growth. As a result a choice was made for benefit of the new version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 – the ERP solution focused on users with the innovation opportunities which allows to take a major step forward in development of the company.

West Concept won a victory in the tender of JSC Pulkovo Airport due to demonstration of extensive examination in the field of implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, in particular regarding automation of regulated accounting. The presentation of West Concept of competence in automation of personnel records and calculation of the regulated salary became a decisive factor when choosing the contractor.

During the project the following operational modules will be automated:

• Fixed assets, RBP
• Cash desk and bank, interface client bank
• Settlings with suppliers
• Settlings with clients
• Commodity accounting
• Salary and personnel
• Budgeting

And also all necessary reporting will be prepared:

• Accounting records
• Financial statements
• Tax statements
• Salary and personnel

Total number of users of a system will be several dozens of people.
