The Qiwi group implemented credit factory in QIWI bank

On March 28, 2017 the OTR company announced implementation of credit factory OTR.LO in the QIWI group, in infrastructure of QIWI Bank.

Project Results

In the Conscience project the product on the Misys FusionBanking Essence platform is used. The credit factory OTR.LO gives to the Conscience project management tools decision making process about issue of the card. The credit pipeline for Conscience was constructed in only 2.5 months.

A system automates process of issue of loans from the moment of receipt of the request until delivery of the card to the client. The factory is integrated with services of a geolocation and geokoding. The opportunity for work with graphic materials allows to browse the skankopiya of documents attached to the request and to verify the client on delivery cards.

The credit factory of Conscience supports an unlimited number of sales channels. For each channel – the website, mobile application, the system of bank agents, call center and network of partners – individual business verification process is configured, it considers the strategy of bank on approval in this channel and requirements of regulators. A system automates all standard transactions:

• requests in bureau of credit histories
• check of the applicant on internal bases,
• financial analysis of the borrower,
• preparation of loan agreements
• prepares the necessary reporting.

The credit factory is integrated with the systems of QIWI Bank: Core banking system, processing center, decision making system and external gateways. A system provides detailed information on each applicant, accumulates the history of the previous appeals to banks and results of consideration of last requests. Its task – to collect as much as possible customer information and to receive the solution on its request in the automatic mode.

The Conscience project during 2017 will be developed in all regions of Russia and is planned that it will issue up to 1 million cards a year.

We with colleagues from OTR and Misys started in the middle of August, and already on November 1 within the closed beta testing several tens first cards were issued. Use of the Misys FusionBanking Essence platform gave us access to the best world practices from the financial sphere. Besides, we looked for not just partners with examination – we looked for those who would undertake to implement the project qualitatively rapidly – in 2.5 months. Development was conducted on the basis of an agile-method which standards are adopted in QIWI Bank. The OTR company supported and added the basic principles of approach. The built release policy of development and deployment of a system allowed to reduce project time, to exclude increase in terms and gave the chance to quickly adjust the course of development and the subsequent stages according to the results of previous.
