Quiksilver company (Quiksilver) in cooperation with Navicon start implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009.

In the company the 1C system functions. In AH information on sales of goods, purchases, warehouse transactions accumulates and also management accounting on GAAP is kept. 1C: Accounting is consolidated in the accounting system information on the basis of which the reporting under RAS is prepared.

Each of these solutions work almost independently. The minimum integration consisted in manual start of transfer of separate documents of one system in another that led to a set of errors since data could load two times or not load at all. Therefore there was a question of full integration of systems.

"Having checked and having estimated competence of the partner within regular consultation, we made the decision on transfer to specialists of Navicon on completion a large block of our activity which causes many problems in connection with big temporary and labor costs and also constantly arising errors during the work in the mode of a double postirovaniye of transactions today. Now import of costs from 1C in AH - acts on services and banking activities, etc. is automated. According to the results of the project all documents which number is defined by setup and will be replenished, will be automatically unloaded depending on the statuses. It will allow to trace not unloaded documents and to prevent cases of repeated unloading. It is going to complete the project by the end of 2012.

Expectations

As a result the customer considerably will lower time and resource expenditure on double entry of documents, will significantly reduce risks of a human factor. Besides, the special functionality of automatic data purification is provided that will exclude uncoordinated input, in particular, of delivery notes.
