In December, 2001 the LANIT company was recognized the winner of closed competition on signing of the contract on development, delivery, installation of software tools and also maintenance within three years of an automated system of office-work and document management (ASDUD) of JSC RAO UES of Russia.
System implementation was conducted according to the Technical specifications developed according to GOST 34.602. The technical specifications provided completion of basic functionality of the LanDocs system. Works on creation of a system were begun in April, 2002. By June, 2003 a system was put into operation, for the end of 2004 the quantity of jobs was more than 1000.
The ASDUD system ensures safety and allows to organize access to the electronic document for all its lifecycle: both at a stage of the current office-work, and at a storage stage in departmental archive.
For ensuring departmental archive storage of electronic documents the subsystem of electronic archive – the structural and functional part of ASDUD intended for automation of functions of maintaining departmental archive RAO UES of Russia was created. Works on integration of archive with the system of office-work were performed and acceptance on storage of electronic documents from the system of office-work is provided.
Within expansion of functionality of a system works on mass loading of documents from old accounting systems and paper archive were performed. These works were carried out together with the third firm which executed scanning and indexing of a document file and provided a set of graphic images and the file with details of documents. LANIT developed means of mass loading of the received set in ASDUD.
In November, 2005 the decision on connection to the centralized base of documents ASDUD of remote subsidiaries was made. Accomplishment of this work was entrusted to affiliated enterprise JSC GVTs Energetiki. In total in JSC RAO UES more than 1200 jobs of ASDUD were operated.
