RBE Group completes implementation of a corporate system of a video conferencing

The RBE group performed an implementation project of a system of a video conferencing.

Task

On September 19, 2012 the staff of specialized division of RBE "Information technologies" completed the works on system implementation of the video conferencing which covered in addition to the central office of 7 regional divisions of the RBE group. A system is constructed based on the solution Sony PCs-XG80 and covers 7 cities of presence of divisions of group: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Chita, Samara, Sochi, Vladivostok and Astrakhan.

The total cost of the project taking into account all solution components of Sony PCs-XG80, a dedicated server and commissioning was 4 million rubles.

Result

The implemented VKS system allows to ensure full-fledged command work and operational adoption of joint solutions by specialists of geographically distributed divisions. Now, irrespective of the location, the staff of RBE has an opportunity to hold the protected video conferencing sessions and also the possibility of holding the live presentations with a possibility of simultaneous display of materials of the presentation and the speaker is provided.
