Bitriks24 portal rather known service. It integrates all users in the company and "is ground" for joint remote work over specific objectives and control of their accomplishment. In each task there are a Director, Responsible, Collaborators and Observers. Everyone executes the role, and all see what occurs. It allows to implement complex projects effectively. Everyone writes the post, the others in process of the notification and readiness answer or write the posts. It much more effectively and quickly, than communication in e-mail. They directly interact among themselves in different "rooms". All see who and where is at present and on what works.
