On January 30, 2017 announced NPP Spectec continuation of implementation of information system MRO on a software platform of TRIM in "RG Brands Kazakhstan".

Project Progress

Specialists of NPP Spectec executed a full range of works on system implementation, including development of the project documentation, training of users, delivery of the software of TRIM, filling of the database and development of data formats. Besides, the converter providing the automated data exchange between ISU of a MRO and the system of an accounting and inventory control on the basis of software products of 1C Company was developed.

At the moment a system is in trial operation. The database of a system contains about 800 items of equipment of Aksengir branch, about 36,000 spare parts, about 600 standard works. Users of a system work in administration, accounting, departments – technology process, logistic, ASUO, technical service and also at production (only 43 users).

Users continue work on filling of the database on the sections of responsibility, and master functions of a system for the purpose of the solution of priorities – formation of the annual scheduled plan of works and the corresponding need for spare parts and materials, preparation of purchasing requests of spare parts. Users from among operational personnel began to register stops of the equipment and their reason in a system, to enter planned and actual data on production volume. In process of data storage it will allow to put a problem of measure calculation of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and the analysis of the reasons of idle times into trial operation.

At the same time the converter which will provide the following data exchange prepares for start. From the system of accounting of 1C in TRIM data of reference books (partners, units of measure, currencies, the qualifier of Inventories, the nomenclature of Inventories, warehouses), data on arrival are transferred to warehouses (goods receipt notes), about the movement Inventories between warehouses and a warehouse Inventories remaining balance, the cost of Inventories. From TRIM requests for Inventories, goods issue slips and acts for write-off of the used Inventories, data on actual costs for a MRO are transferred to the system of 1C.

2016

Objyavlit NPP Spectec in the spring of 2016 about the beginning of the project of control automation by maintenance and repairs (MRO) of the equipment in RG Brands company. EAM/MRO system of TRIM will be the instrument of project implementation.

Works will be unrolled on the platform "Aksengir" where natural juice, nectars, juice drinks, cold tea, soft carbonated drinks and butylated waters are produced. The information management system of a MRO of the plant equipment functioning according to the project documentation should become result of works.

For this purpose specialists of NPP Spectec will perform a complex of works on implementation of such system. In particular, it is necessary to conduct examination of processes of a MRO, to collect necessary data, to develop technical specifications and specifications on the project. Fill electronic directories and the database on the capital equipment, materials and spare parts, standard works, personnel, etc. Develop instructions of users and regulations of operation of information system MRO, to provide user training and system administrators on a sample database. Develop analytical tools – structure and the maintenance of forms of evident representation and the data analysis accumulated in a system.

The software of TRIM of development of NPP Spectec intended for automation of transactions and information support of management of physical assets at all stages of their lifecycle at the enterprise, including at a stage of operation and a MRO will be delivered to the customer. The project provides delivery of the personalized and competitive licenses to use TRIM, with the number of at the same time working users – 10, at their unlimited total quantity.

Implementation and use of information system MRO on the basis of TRIM will give to the customer the management tool reliability of the equipment, costs for carrying out a MRO, efficiency of operation and the losses connected with equipment downtimes. Automation of volume scheduling of works and accounting will provide transparency, efficiency and accuracy of accounting of the transactions connected with a MRO, will allow to reduce time expenditure by formation of scheduled plans of works and replanning, search of documentation and drawing up documents of logistics.
