All 27 legal entities included in the group of companies are connected to the Directum Lite electronic document management system. As a result of the implementation, the construction company noted improvements at many stages of preparation and implementation of projects: the approval of documents accelerated by 2-3 times, the labor costs of employees were halved, the costs of material resources - by 50%.

Due to the huge flow of documents required for the design, construction and delivery of an apartment building, digitalization began with document management. Before the introduction of the EDMS, contracts were agreed by e-mail and waited a long time for the certification of paper originals. There was a risk of starting work without approval, losing documents when sending and confusing versions when editing. This threatened the loss of reputation and a fine for disrupting the timing of the project. Yf December 2024, more than 90% of contracts are signed electronically thanks to integration with the electronic document management operator Diadoc.

In some tasks, employees act as customers or start work on documents, in others - they can be approvers, signatories or performers. For the convenience of approval, the implementation team has developed regulations separate for each type of document: contracts, memos, orders and other internal documents.
