The Rusnano enterprise, RMT LLC, manages the innovation production of thermoelectric microsystems by means of Infor SyteLine ERP system.

About the enterprise

RMT LLC, the project enterprise RUSNANO, sums up the results of system implementation of management on two production sites. An ERP system of Infor SyteLine provides transparency of production, allows to increase capacity of the enterprise and to improve management of the company of geographically distributed divisions. A partner in solution development and system implementation is the FRONTSTEP CIS company.

The RMT company is included into number 10 of the largest producers of the thermoelectric microcooling products in the world. The company turns out the innovation products which more than 80% export to the USA, Canada, Europe, YuVA, Japan, etc. Today the company issues the biggest nomenclature in the world (more than 750 models) — thermoelectric micromodules.

In 2010 the RMT company started implementation of the joint project with RUSNANO on expansion of production of the thermoelectric cooling microsystems. In May, 2011 within the project the experimental production site in Moscow, in November, 2011 — the main serial production of the thermoelectric cooling micromodules in the Nizhny Novgorod technopark of Ankudinovk was open.

About the Project

Production management of dynamically developing company demanded the modern management tool. Implementation of an easily scalable ERP system of Infor SyteLine allowing to automate production began spring of 2011.

Project objective was support by a management system of increase in production of "RMT" at the expense of the automated information processing and providing the operational reporting on the course of accomplishment of customer orders. The project solution maintains organizational features of RMT company, including distribution of orders for production between territorially spaced production sites, and also technology features of production of component parts which require strict accounting by use parameters in this or that product modification.

In a system production accounting, an inventory control, accounting of work in progress and the movement of inventory items is implemented, accounting of actual costs and cost accounting is implemented. Within the project extra works were carried out: the qualifier of component parts and products is implemented, accounting of component parts between different legal entities is organized, double-sided integration of the ERP system of Infor SyteLine and an accounting system of 1C is implemented, works on synchronization and compliance of the nomenclature between the ERP system and an accounting system of the enterprise are carried out.

The solution includes specially developed analytical reports on a status of production and sales. For the management of the enterprise from a system the itemized statement, the "Operating plan of production" providing the consolidated information on a status of production of products, percent of execution of orders, planned dates on customer orders forms reflects indicators on defects. The complex report, "The plan for shipments", by groups of finished goods reflects a status of a complete set of orders for any date on each client, in a binding to the production site performing the order.

Due to the uniqueness of the component parts received by production which can be used strictly on the characteristics (a set of thermoelectric properties) put in products in the Infor SyteLine system modifications on storage of unique characteristics of batches were executed and also lot-based accounting of component parts is implemented.
