The development of the Bank's dealer network made it necessary to create a centralized communication system that can provide convenient communications with partners and take into account many nuances of interaction with credit specialists. The development of the system began in 2020, the Moscow company.defa became the executor of the project, which announced this on March 3, 2021.
The portal helps credit managers in the field, through a web interface, interact with the back office of the Bank and exchange documents with credit specialists in dealerships. The portal also allows you to track the effectiveness of each manager, generate reports and monthly certificates for accrued bonuses.

The main processes are at the stage of pilot operation, within the framework of which the Bank's dealers in real business conditions use the portal to solve their tasks. In the future, the databases data of credit managers will be transferred to the solution: the moment of data migration will be used to catch errors and problematic acts.
After the completion of the pilot project, credit managers of the brands Renault, Datsun, Nissan, Infinity will switch to the solution - only about 2,000 unique users. Together with the heads of credit departments and employees of the bank, the total core of users of the portal will be more than 3,000 specialists. And this number will be doubled after Lada dealers are connected to the portal.
Plans for the development of the portal also include scaling to new processes. The system will include procedures for issuing dealers, points of sale, managing their contracts, publishing dealer acts and reports, as well as reports of credit managers. The solution platform will also automate leasing processes (fleet management).
