"RT-Invest the Transport Systems" agreed with "Info content" about information support of the Platon system

On August 20, 2015 the "RT-Invest Transport Systems" company announced the beginning of the joint project with "Info content" on creation of contact center for service of users of the Platon system. 

Project Tasks

Within the project the companies should resolve tasks of providing operational information to owners of vehicles about the system of collection of a payment on account of the indemnification caused to public highways of federal importance by the vehicles having the permitted maximum weight more than 12 tons which commissioning is planned for November 15, 2015.

"Info content", 2014

The operator of a system of collection of the payment called Platon, in accordance with the terms the Concessionary agreement with Federal Road Agency - "RT-Invest Transport Systems" company.

In format 24/7 at the high Info content qualitative level is going to involve up to 500 operators on the main and reserve platforms of contact center at the planned average monthly loading up to 10  thousand hours to ensuring reference service of users of the Platon system. Service of users assumes processing of the entering addresses and messages by e-mail, outgoing telephone requests.

The complexity and uniqueness of the project on creation of a system of collection of a payment caused high requirements "RT-Invest the Transport Systems" to the partner:

• the average time of waiting of the reply of operator should not exceed 180 seconds;

• the existence of a restoration system excluding risks of forced idle time because of physical failure of one of telecommunication nodes;

• placement of the equipment of the contact center in a data processing center certified on Tier III;

• experience of accomplishment of similar projects in a short time.

According to the results of holding procurement procedures at the choice of contact center, "Info content" confirmed compliance to all requirements from "RT-Invest the Transport Systems" and offered the best terms of reference service of users of a system of collection of a payment.
