MTT JSC, a provider of intelligent solutions for business, has developed and connected a voice robot on the VoiceBox platform for the Radio Russia Ural radio station in Yekaterinburg. Now the applications of radio listeners for live congratulations are accepted by a digital assistant - by a specially allocated phone number. MTT announced this on October 4, 2023.

The voice robot welcomes the radio listener, clarifies from which city the call came, asks who to congratulate and what song to put as congratulations, and he does all this with the voices of popular radio hosts.

The digital assistant records all information about the call and transmits it to instant messengers in text form, which provides the employees of the radio station with the convenience and reliability of the service. The voice assistant began work in early September, in a month he accepted congratulations and wishes from more than 400 people, with the number of calls increasing every day.

The most important thing is that our listeners have the opportunity to leave the application more quickly. Previously, this required writing a paper letter or sending a message to email. Now it is enough to make one call, - commented Larisa Ryabinina, host of the Day-Day program. - The assistant also saves time working with applications to employees: you no longer need to manually receive calls, decrypt them, now all this is done by artificial intelligence and sometimes copes with it better than a living person,

Our voice assistants are used in completely different industries and scenarios, from medicine to the gas industry, - commented Dmitry Gordienko, head of the MTT project office. - We are very glad that now he helps listeners of the radio station to celebrate special events in their lives, congratulate their loved ones and create a good mood.
