In May, 2011 the Profitproyekt company successfully completed an implementation project of the KPI MONITOR software product in Raiffeisenbank. The project of automation of a system of indicators of bank passed from July, 2010 to May, 2011.
During the project of automation of indicators based on the KPI MONITOR software product the main objective was achieved: formation of uniform base of indicators of the planned and actual expenses of Bank and also the organization of a system of informing responsible persons of the divisions of Bank on a funds expenditure which are in their zone of responsibility.
Thanks to ample opportunities of the software product within the project procedures of integration of KPI MONITOR with a budgeting system and the accounting program were implemented, interactive dashboards (dashboards) and reports are configured. The KPI MONITOR system allows to solve problems of Bank of formation of strategically focused budget model, providing communication between strategic and operational levels of management. The program allows heads of divisions to analyze and monitor quickly budget indicators at the different organizational levels of Bank.
In implementation process of the project setup of an algorithm of measure calculations was completely performed by division of Bank (Inspection department of non-operating expenses of Bank and reporting of regional network): about 500 target indicators, about 5000 settlement indicators are created, are configured about 30 dashboards (dashboards) with a possibility of interactive refining of data. Use of the KPI MONITOR system in daily activity is planned more than five hundred users. Participation of Profitproyekt company consisted, in user training to administration of a system. Learning process and system learning by users took not enough time, thanks to the intuitive and simple interface. Further work came down to consultation on issues of visualization and designing of different reports.
The next stage of use of the KPI MONITOR system in Raiffeisenbank is decomposition of the configured budget indicators on the level of business divisions. For these purposes tuning of the control panels of operational level reflecting the indicators specific to each business division will be performed.
2013: Project Completion
On November 28, 2013 the Profitproyekt company announced the future final of an implementation project of the KPI Monitor system - for performance management of bank and calculation of the index of customer service quality Raiffeisenbank.
At the time of implementation of KPI Monitor in bank was already used the quality assessment system of service as a part of which:
- Structure of metrics, required analytical structure, method of calculation of accomplishment of performance indicators and integrated Index of quality
- Formats and sources of basic data for calculations
- Requirements to forms of the analytical reporting, regulations of assessment, adjustments and review of indicators
For the solution of one of the main objectives of the project, consolidation and data scrubbing, the ETL module KPI MONITOR which provided hands-off multistage processing and cleaning of the entering data according to the transformation rules set in bank and formations of basic indicators that significantly reduced labor input of processes of collecting, adjustment, data processing of different reports and the systems of bank in the manual mode was used.
For monitoring and the analysis of execution of the Index of quality for different levels of management, in a system required reports and panels of monitors (dashboards) which combine possibilities of the graphic and structured tabular data view are configured. All reports are interactive and provide a possibility of detailing of calculation of any indicator, refining of values in any analytical cuts (the region, the city, department, a product, the employee, etc.), interactive grouping of reports.
Final project completion of implementation of KPI Monitor is planned for the end the 4th quarter 2013 – 1 quarter 2014.
