On February 4, 2019 the ALP Group company announced contract signature on IT service of retail network of gifts "A red cube". Under the terms of the contract ALP Group conducts remote diagnostics and incidental service of 45 shops in Moscow according to the scheme of response to IT requests of customer company.
According to the company, an opportunity at any time to connect the qualified IT specialists who quickly arrive to the place (in 1 hour) and all, even "close" the most difficult IT incidents (in 3-4 hours) allows regular IT specialists of retail chain stores to focus completely on project work, but not to switch to the incidental IT service having essentially other character. Besides, the ALP Group support on own technology platform (Service Desk) and on implementation of the IT processes adapted to service of retail chain stores helps regular IT specialists of "A red cube" not to allow growth of IT incidents during the holiday periods – "peak" for retail network of gifts.
Uniform regulations and the check sheets, detailed photoreports, control of correctness of setup of the equipment and quality of works – all this allows us not to allow at customers from retail of sharp growth of IT incidents in difficult for them, the holiday periods. At the same time we reveal a part of incidents beforehand – at a stage of trends.
