Svetets expanded possibilities of "System-112" in the Leningrad Region

2021: Upgrade and expansion of functionality of telecommunication infrastructure "System-112"

The Svetets Integro company announced on February 9, 2021 completion of work on upgrade and expansion of functionality of telecommunication infrastructure a System-112 in the Leningrad Region. Works are carried out using the software of SVETETs Firm LLC.

Within the contract with GKU of the Leningrad Region "The regional monitoring center" were organized by specialists of SVETETS Integro company:

• interaction between the System-112 of the Leningrad Region and Systems-112 of four other territorial subjects of the federation: St. Petersburg, Pskov and Novgorod regions and also Republic of Karelia;
• function of the return of the SMS: now in case of receiving Sistemy-112 operator of the Leningrad Region can direct response SMS to number "112" of the short text address to the applicant to specify information, necessary for the operational help. A similar opportunity is provided first of all for people with a hearing disorder and speeches;
• integration with the situational center of the governor – for the purpose of more flexible and operational management on the basis of detailed statistical data from municipal entities;
• expansion of a possibility of interaction the System-112 of the Leningrad Region with all telecom operators operating in the territory of the region for the purpose of obtaining information on an installation site of customer premise equipment (location of the applicant) and data on the applicants who addressed by uniform number "112";
• interaction of a system-112 with MNIS (the multilevel navigation and information system of monitoring of vehicles of Emercom of Russia based on use of GLONASS system).

Project objective is development of the geographically distributed automated management information System-112 system (TR AIUS) in the Leningrad Region. The carried-out upgrade provides more complex and rapid response to calls of citizens, promotes more effective interaction of emergency services and divisions in the region.

Thus, the Leningrad Region became one of the first subjects of the Russian Federation where the functionality and systems capabilities-112 as much as possible meet the requirements to geographically distributed AIUS.

The project implemented in the Leningrad Region is one of examples of application of the platform of unified communications of "Svetets TMS". We propose to the subjects of the Russian Federation the solution integrating all means of communications in uniform digital space capable to integrate information processes of authorities and to provide growth of effective management of the region due to complex digital transformation, - the CEO of SVETETs Firm LLC Nikita Zhurba commented.
