In the Vologda region organizations passed to the centralized conducting budget accounting

On December 24, 2019 the Christa company announced that in the Vologda region organizations of 27 municipal entities passed to the centralized conducting budget accounting.

The project on centralization of accounting functions and creation of the single centralized information system of budget (accounting) accounting and the reporting began to be implemented in the Vologda region at the request of the Governor of the region O.A. Kuvshinnikov in 2015. The single centralized information system of budget (accounting) accounting and the reporting of the Vologda region is constructed on a basis of AS Estimate – developments of NPO Christa.

GKU "Regional Treasury" became the platform for centralization of accounting functions of public authorities and state organizations. In the leading industries: education, health care, culture, social protection of the population – the departmental centers of accounting were created. In two spheres (a forest complex, work and employment) all subordinated organizations are united in one organization based on which accounting functions are performed by the industry center of accounting.

In 2018 the project on transfer of accounting functions of the organizations of public sector in the Vologda region is complete. 30 public authorities and more than 200 organizations of the region are connected to the single centralized information system of budget (accounting) accounting and the reporting.

The annual budget effect of the held actions is more than 300 million rubles.

In 2018 in the Vologda region the uniform interdepartmental centers of accounting of municipal districts and city districts are created.

In 2019 experience of centralization of accounting functions in a public sector is applied at the municipal level. Organizations of 27 municipal entities of the Vologda region are connected to the single centralized information system of budget (accounting) accounting and the reporting.

In 2020 organizations of Cherepovets will be transferred to the centralized conducting budget (accounting) accounting and the reporting.
