2025: Implementation of an employee compensation and bonus accounting portal based on the 1C platform

On February 10, 2025, Reksoft announced the completion of the implementation of a portal for accounting for compensation and employee bonuses based on the 1C platform. The solution allows you to keep a detailed record of the achievements of specialists and conduct a multifactorial assessment of their contribution to a business or a specific project. As a result, line managers and top management received a tool for a comprehensive and objective assessment of personnel, which allows you to constantly collect analytics on the assessment of employees and divisions as a whole in various sections.

According to the company, the portal was developed by Reksoft specialists on the basis of the 1C: Enterprise 8 platform. It automates the process of organizing employee remuneration, makes it transparent and convenient. The functionality of the solution is primarily intended for the managerial layer and allows you to objectively assess and issue an increase in the salaries of specialists, the payment of project and annual bonuses and other bonuses. The portal can be adapted for efficient use in any company by modifying the reference books and setting up integration with the basic employee accounting system. The solution provides for the possibility of dividing employees by legal entities, which is especially important when implemented in holdings.

The solution dashboard displays all the information required by the manager on the employee - his specialization and key skills, current project, organizational unit, location, work experience in the company, etc. Important parameters are the payment history, schedule of changes and percentile - how much the employee's current salary is in the fork for his position in the company. At the same time, even when the top percentile is reached, the manager can approve an employee's salary increase if the quality of his work overlaps the standard framework, or offer other forms of incentive - project bonuses, intangible remuneration programs. Current data is pulled up from the key Reksoft reporting system - CRS (Core Reporting System), which, in turn, accumulates information from its own HRM platform Reksoft - Brain and the Staffing Desk project employment system.

The portal also displays the estimates that managers of different areas put monthly to their employees in the Staffing Desk. Each specialist is evaluated according to several specified criteria by the leaders of the departments and teams to which he belongs. In addition to the main activities, for example, public speeches, participation in internal projects, educational and other activities are taken into account. Thus, the main manager of an employee receives an objective assessment of his value to the company and can make a fair decision on his remuneration.

The portal has a simple role model: the author (for example, a line manager) creates a request for employee remuneration, the confirming (top manager) approves or rejects it, taking into account the argument and general parameters for remuneration for the department. Next, the coordinating employee makes a final decision, which is submitted to the human resources department for payment. The HR Service regularly uploads the necessary reports on well-defined dates with the employee ID, category and bonus amount and, based on the data received, conducts operations in its 1S:ZUP HR program. If you need to automate these actions, the portal provides full integration with the program.

As of February 2025, the solution is scaled to work more than 1800 employees, processes more than 350 applications per month and optimizes processes related to compensation. If earlier preparation and approval of applications took several days due to the collection of data and waiting for statements of colleagues, now this process is reduced to several hours or even minutes.

This quick project shows that 1C solutions can not only cover typical business tasks, but also adapt well to unique customer needs. When automating processes that provide a competitive advantage, it is important to reflect the know-how and world business practices in the system, and not vice versa. Thanks to the flexibility of 1C, our team has created a solution that helps businesses do their job faster, get objective data to make decisions in a critical area for us. The portal became a single entry point, integrated heterogeneous data and presented it in a convenient form. During the project, we took a fresh look at the current management practices and, with the launch of the system, spread the experience throughout the company.

By creating the portal, we were based on the need to optimize the remuneration process for employees in a company with a large staff and a multi-vector intersection matrix. Now managers do not need to search for information on various systems and request data on previously made payments - a report on an individual employee, project or corporate bonuses of the department, the average salary of specialists can be obtained in seconds in a convenient format, for example Excel. We have provided a separate process for each type of remuneration, including special functionality for calculating the annual bonus based on monthly estimates. Further plans include the realization of the opportunity for managers to see the current situation by budgets in each of the divisions and plan further bonuses, taking into account the possible growth of teams. Since all managers regularly make their assessments and comments on each subordinate, the process of preparing information for compensation has become more transparent and simple for all levels of management.
