"The reliable house" began implementation of CRM

On May 27, 2014 the CMD-Soft company announced the beginning of the project on automation of activity of the service agent of "Agency for housing mortgage lending" (AHML) - NADEZHNY DOM (Ltd) company. Within the project it is necessary to automate processes of service support of mortgages on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 platform according to standards of AHML.

Project Tasks

Special attention in the project will be concentrated on processes of extrajudicial settlement of arrears on payment of monthly annuity payments and control over insurance coverage of mortgages.

For ensuring rapid response and control integration between Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 and the accounting system of customer company is planned. The developed solution will allow specialists of the service agent to monitor in the mode of "single window" changes on the arrived payments, to execute and fix all procedural actions for work with borrowers, including: direct notifications on all available channels, create documents and prepare the planned reporting.
