System implementation of monitoring of HP of Business Process Monitor (BPM) in Renaissance Credit bank

Bell Integrator, the Russian system integrator, announced in May, 2014 a successful completion of the project on system implementation of monitoring of business applications of HP of Business Process Monitor (HP BPM) in Renaissance Credit bank.
The monitoring system of HP BPM was implemented in 40 Russian bank branches. Its implementation allowed to increase reliability and fault tolerance of functioning of business applications of Renaissance Credit bank and also to optimize interaction of its divisions.
Within the project specialists of Bell Integrator integrated the HP solution of BPM with five bank IT systems that allowed to provide more reliable control over such transactions as consultation of clients, cash services, collecting of arrears, processing of credit requests and service of deposits.
As a result of integration in Renaissance Credit bank a system which allows to obtain beforehand information on that earned, this or that business application how effectively functions and also to estimate the nature of possible faults before they are able to affect quality and availability of the provided services.
Integration of a monitoring system of applications and agreements on the service levels into the IT system of bank, including completion of the HP BPM, took less than 9 months. A system was customized so that specialists of bank could provide further support of its work independently.
