Reserve Warehouse Service (1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse)

Description

The Rezervskladservice LLC company renders services of safe custody of goods in a warehouse in the settlement of Lensovetovsky. The warehouse complex is separated into a zone of dry storage and the storage area using refrigeration chambers that allows to expand the range of the offered services.

Except the main warehouse complex in the settlement of Lensovetovsky, there is an additional warehouse where remote attendant workstation of a warehouse is organized. The main consumers of company services are suppliers of frozen fish.

According to the recommendation of our clients at which the project based on software "was already successfully implemented by 1C Logistics. Management of warehouse 3.0", the Rezervskladservice company asked us for the help in automation of its business processes. After preliminary survey by specialists of SoftBalance of logistic processes of the company, the decision on expansion of basic functionality of software "was made by 1C Logistics. Management of warehouse 3.0".

The next moments became the main wishes of the customer:

• Change of the documents Acceptance – Placement, Selection – Shipment backdating
• Creation/correction of printed forms
• Additional analytics of accounting and reports.

Implementation happened in 2 stages.

At 1 stage the standard configuration for acquaintance with basic functionality was set. At the 2nd stage it was set reconfigured according to technical specifications, personnel of the customer it was trained in work with it.

During implementation consultations on work in the program, to upgradeabilities and supports were held.
