The Retro school implements the automation equipment of normative accounting

The 1C-Rarus company completed automation at Retro school on the basis of the product "1C: Accounting 8", the company integrator reported on March 26, 2013.

The management of school made the decision on automation of activity for the purpose of conducting accounting and tax accounting on standards of the Russian legislation. The system implementing was required for organization:

• Accounting of fixed assets and intangible assets;
• Preparation of the regulated reporting;
• Payroll accounting, the personnel and personified accounting;
• Automatic execution of the completing transactions of month.

Criteria are answered by the 1C: Accounting 8 software product. For assistance in implementation and training the management of school addressed specialists of 1C-Rarus company.

Solution

The contractor automated five jobs, setup of the solution and training of employees is made.

By means of the 1C: Accounting 8 program accounting is automated: money, fixed assets and intangible assets, inventory items, transactions of receipt and implementations, VAT.

Result

Use of the product "1C: Accounting 8" allowed educational institution to reduce time for formation of accounting documentation, to quickly obtain credentials, to reduce quantity of errors by drawing up the regulated reporting.
