Revival Express completes the construction of IT infrastructure in a new logistic node

IBS Platformix integrator completed the complex project of creation of IT infrastructure for a new temporary storage warehouse of Revival Express company, the press service of integrator reported on January 22, 2013.

Solution

In addition to traditional design stages radio inspection of the territory for setup of future wireless telephone and radio network is carried out.

Ensuring functioning of a complex the full-fledged IT infrastructure including the computing platform, the engineering systems, an access control system and also a number of the subsystems which are responsible for data transmission, a telephone and radio communication is created.

The separate data center for customs service is put into operation. Are equipped two server and one switching room. In each room all necessary engineering systems are mounted:

• conditioning
• fire extinguishing
• uninterrupted power supply
• monitoring
• video surveillance and access control.

On perimeter of a warehouse complex the video surveillance system and accounting of physical access - a gating system, barriers is unrolled.

Components

In composition of communications: digital telephone communication (for employees of office), DECT telephony (for warehouse workers), a radio communication (for workers out of a warehouse), a LAN and Wi-Fi across all territory, a dedicated line to network of provider of communication services.

The technological solution is based on the modern equipment and the software of global manufacturers: HP (computing platform and storage system), Cisco (local computer network), Motorola (wireless network of Wi-fi), Panasonic (telephony), APC (power supply), MITSUBISHI Heavy Ind (conditioning) and Microsoft (software of the corporate level).
